Fox Operator products are made in Australia in Sydney NSW.

We use industrial 3D printing machines to manufacture our products. They are fast, precise and robust, and allow us to make customer orders on demand.

We use a blend of Nylon/Carbon Fibre. Specifically, a mix of PA6/PA12 Nylon, with 10% chopped Carbon Fibre. We have chosen this formula specifically for its temperature resistance. We believe this is a necessity for firearms applications, and for the Australian climate. 

Our products are made to order with a lead time of 5-10 business days. Generally, and in most cases, a customer's product will be produced and shipped within a week. This does not apply for large orders. We aim to keep a consistent supply of material to feed our manufacturing. Should this change, or our lead time dramatically increase, customers will be informed via email. 

This model somewhat differs from other storefronts, but it allows us to offer our customers products at a better price, and keep our manufacturing in Australia.
